The Best GMT and Travel Watches of Watches & Wonders 2025

This is probably the richest category of the year…

I’ve long been a big believer in GMT, Worldtime and Dual Time complications. Why? Simply because when these extras are used properly, they make for some very useful watches – and we mean real-life usefulness here, not the kind of equation of time that no one really understands (sorry I have to say that…). And I was delighted to see a host of fully functional GMT and Travel luxury replica watches from brands during Watches & Wonders 2025 and Geneva Watch Week. Here are some of the best we’ve seen – with one important exception: the Bovet Récital 30 (an absolutely fantastic watch), which we’ll cover in another edition of our picks.

ARMIN STROM DUAL TIME GMT RESONANCE IN STEEL Let’s start with the most complicated watch on the list (just because of the alphabetical order…), which is more than just a dual time complication. This watch is the second in the series after the 2024 White Gold Dual Time GMT Resonance. Now, its compact 39 mm x 9 mm case – all the more impressive considering everything it contains – is made of stainless steel and features a classic black dial. The watch is distinguished by the use of two balance wheels connected by a hairspring and exploiting the phenomenon of resonance – a specialty of the brand. Here, despite the small case, Armin Strom has managed to get two completely independent time displays that can indicate different hours, minutes and day/night positions, even with a half or quarter offset. Then there are the finishings, the complications, the looks.

NOMOS CLUB SPORT NEOMATIK WORLDTIMER Nomos has gone big with the Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer. First, the brand has redesigned the worldtimer module, making this watch even more versatile, rugged and interesting than the rather traditional Zurich Weltzeit. The worldtimer function is now housed in a sporty and compact (40 mm x 9.9 mm) steel case that is water-resistant to 100 meters. Secondly, it looks fresh and practical, the silver version is our team’s favourite, and there are also limited editions in 6 bright colours if that’s your thing. Thirdly, it’s a practical watch, with a push-button to quickly adjust the local hour hand, making it easy to wear when travelling. Finally, the worldtimer module now sits atop the ultra-thin automatic Neomatik base movement, complementing the overall slim design of this Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer. high quality replica watches

PARMIGNI FLEIGH TONDA PF GMT RATTRAPANTE VERZASCA GREEN First launched in 2022 with a blue dial, the Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante perfectly embodies the brand’s current vision… An original and elegant interpretation of the dual time zone watch, it combines classic elegant sporting features with a textured bezel and integrated bracelet, and adds a touch of sophistication and restraint to its complications in classic PF style. The push-button at 8 o’clock can be used to adjust the second time zone, but there is another push-button in the crown. This push-button can be used to hide the extra 24-hour hand when it is no longer needed. This year, the collection has been expanded with a new Verzasca Green version, with a fine guilloché dial in a sophisticated and nuanced colour – PF has been very fond of colour in recent years, and some of them are truly unique and fascinating.

Patek Philippe CALATRAVA Pilot Travel Time 5524G Ivory At first glance, this seems to be just an evolution of an old watch. Of course, the Calatrava Pilot Travel Time 5524G, which first came to the market in 2015, was not without a certain amount of controversy. It was hard to say it was popular at first, but 10 years after its launch, the watch found its audience… until Patek Philippe decided to remove it from the collection earlier this year. Well, that was only temporary, as it seems that the white gold and blue dial version is no longer available, having been replaced by another white gold version with an ivory lacquered dial. How a dial colour can transform a replica watches for sale. It’s fresh and bright, visually lighter, and paired with a khaki green composite strap, it really looks good – if you can accept the odd side buttons. What remains is a watch with a strong travel capacity, thanks to the pushers that can change the local time forwards and backwards. You have a day/night indicator in two positions and the date, which makes it a highly user-friendly model.

Rolex GMT-MASTER II Green Ceramic Dial 126729VTNR The almost barbaric reference number – 126729VTRN – pretty much sums it up. What we see here is the white gold version of the left-handed version of the GMT-Master II, aka Sprite. So yes, it is now made of solid 18k white gold, but it retains the two-tone ceramic bezel of the steel model, black for night and green for day. The real novelty here, and a first for Rolex, is the use of a Cerachrom ceramic bezel for the dial, which allows for a perfect match between the bezel inlay and the dial. The green GMT hand has been replaced by a silver-plated hand for better readability, and while the traveler function of this watch is no longer on display, this design remains the most controversial among Rolexes. During the "Watches & Wonders" session, I strapped it upside down again, showing that it is indeed puzzling. Some people like it, though.

TUDOR BLACK BAY PRO GMT POLAR WHITE This one is a bit personal, because I am a big fan of the Rolex Explorer II with a polar white dial - as you can see in this article. When Tudor released its Black Bay Pro GMT watch in 2022, the intention was clear: to provide a more accessible alternative to the Explorer II. Same concept, same fixed bezel, same GMT function, same sturdiness (actually more sturdy) and a design inspired by the vintage 1655 reference. There are some shortcomings to report, mainly about the thickness of the case (14.6mm), while the 39mm size is great. Now, nothing has been solved in this regard, but there is this new "Polar" edition with a white opaline dial. It looks great (I'm just being objective here... not). Personal preferences aside, the white dial with black outline hands and markers, and bright yellow GMT hand, looks clean and purposeful, just what an Explorer-style watch should look like. And no more antique lume, replaced by a crisp white insert that looks much better. The rest, for better or worse, is the same as before. https://www.grand-watch.co
